As a quickly growing startup in the tech and wellbeing space, we welcome individuals with marketing and customer communications experience, who also share a passion for mental and physical health and wellbeing.

The CRM and Content Coordinator will be responsible for implementing and monitoring Sensate’s communications strategy in order to build robust email lists, drive marketing and sales initiatives, and grow a welcoming community that offers valuable content to both leads and customers alike.

Ideally you will be located, or able to work part time during flexible hours, between 8:00 – 14:00 EST, as this will be a fully remote position. We are hoping to move quickly and offer this role on a contract basis.

Rate: $25 per hour, approximately 15-20 hours per week (assumes $2,150 per month)

Core Responsibilities

This position has significant growth opportunities to take on increased responsibilities and autonomy; to eventually represent email marketing and content planning as the primary lead in this area of the marketing team.

CRM/email marketing:
  • Focus on building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through written communications

  • Running email marketing campaigns end-to-end, managing email databases and creating newsletters

  • Producing, editing, proofreading and publishing content

  • Collect insights and develop a clear understanding of the brand’s customer segments and journeys

  • Drive creative growth initiatives to build subscriber lists, including cross promotions

  • Ensure design and layout of emails are optimized, user and mobile-friendly

  • Track, analyze and share reporting on campaign and content performance

Content development - blog, newsletter, on site content
  • Optimize content according to SEO strategy, looking at relevant trends, creating landing pages and other searchable content

  • Work with marketing team to plan and resource the content calendar

  • Resource stock imagery and edit or work with agencies on content production

  • Work across web content including blog, email, social media, brand documents shared with partners

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

​​This is a great opportunity for someone with 2-3 years of related experience to join our marketing team. In addition to being passionate about the Sensate product, excited about the work described, and a good fit for our team, the following experience and skills will drive the right candidate to success in this role:

  • Experience working directly on an ESP (such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo; although HubSpot would be a huge plus)

  • Preferred to have skills in image editing and video editing

  • Excellent grammar and writing skills (American English)

  • Organized, efficient, and self-driven/motivated

  • Has creative vision and ability to bring a vision to execution

  • Location: flexible, must have the ability to work well both independently and remote co-working
